Catch Up Time

Semper Fi Sara blasted through a five mile on Saturday.  In the three mile, because of her fitness, she was placed in "squadability group one"...meaning that she was a road guard and had to catch up to the front of the platoon without running... she said that required an intense amount of "mall walking"... ha!

Sara's SSDI is female but you get an idea. Sara actually called cadence for the platoon on the way back from church services this past Sunday.

In addition to Marine Corps history classes from dates 1965 to 1975, Saturday she had a Senior Drill Instructor Inspection to "reinforce the importance of combat readiness, evaluate critical areas essential for mission performance, ensure compliance with regulations and policy, and serve as a tool for commanders to assess their units." This is the first formal inspection and is helping the recruits get ready for the Company Commander’s Inspection in the days ahead.
