Final Day Phase 2

Today is a big day for Sara (ha!  I guess every day is!) with a lot of information to be covered and learned.

After church she is scheduled to have classes in field sanitation  which will include:
1. How to purify water
2. How to construct a cat hole/straddle trench to dispose of human waste
3. Learning to identify poisonous snakes and insects.

Identify the black widow and brown recluse spiders.
Identify the two families of poisonous snakes of North America. (rattlesnakes, copperheads, and moccasins) and (coral snakes)
4.  Even knowing how to identify the characteristics of the Jellyfish and Portuguese Man-of-War, and finally,
5.  A discussion on how to treat snake, insect, and animal bites

And today, Sara will learn to put on a Marine face ... in her Camouflaged Cover and Concealment class... so I guess I will post the marketing poster with the Camo face again.. ... Now Sara knows how to hide herself as well...  though I doubt seriously that she would display rank with such flash... like "at least the enemy will see my rank."  Right...
...but still a pretty decent poster.

Then on to classes in Field Exercise Shelters and Prep for Combat.

Rock on Sara.  We are pulling for you.

We are soooooo happy with your moving on to Phase III...  I hope you are getting enough PT to keep you happy.

Loving you!
