The Martial Arts Endurance Course
This Endurance Course combines Combat Conditioning with MCMAP techniques to challenge recruits mentally and physically, both individually and as a team. Throughout the course Sara has to move rapidly from station to station executing martial arts techniques one-on-one in a physically demanding environment. In addition to being a total body workout, Sara is required to utilize the proper technique. She is learning that this MCMAP is designed to be a close combat system that can still be executed when you are tired and don’t think you can fight any more. This course builds individual stamina and strength, and also serves to increase small unit cohesion.
That's not enough, so... up next, the
Confidence Course I
As its name implies, the Confidence Course is designed to build Sara's self-confidence. She has to develop physically and mentally by overcoming obstacles that require strength, balance, and determination.
The Confidence Course consists of eleven obstacles, designed so that each obstacle is more physically challenging then the last. The Confidence Course is a great morale builder, as most of the recruits find out that after a little practice, they can negotiate the obstacles with ease.

Will she ever have the inspiration to do a civilian "ropes course" after this? As tiring as this day will be, I sense that this one will be a good one... especially after the "gassing" earlier this week!
